About T99
Since 1998, District 99 has proudly offered continued educational services after high school to hundreds of students with special needs through its Transition 99 Program. By experiencing coursework that includes vital life and work skills after high school, our students have received the foundation they need to grow and to be productive, contributing members in our community.
Through the support of the community and District 99 Board of Education, we opened our new, dedicated facility for Transition 99 students in 2013 and expanded it in the fall of 2023 to accommodate growing enrollment.
Our full school day runs from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please do not drop students off prior to 7:50 am. We follow a late start Monday schedule; the day begins at 9:20 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m. While we closely follow the District 99 school calendar, there are some differences.
If you are new to our school district and would like more information about Transition 99, please contact Carolina Schoenbeck at 630-795-2702.
